This project consists of over 300 units divided up between three lots in Leppington. Each lot has been designed around a central courtyard that provides communal open space for the residents. The design of the apartments has been oriented to maximise norther sunlight as well as allowing for natural cross ventilation. The project is currently in council awaiting approval.
