This project involved architectural, urban design and town planning services to assist with the redevelopment of the site. The site is located along Atchison Street in St Leonards in close proximity from the St Leonards Railway Station. The podium levels accommodate non-residential uses such as a cafe, offices and a day care centre to facilitate an 18- hour economy. The levels above include residential use. The slender building footprint minimises the overshadowing impact to the neighbouring properties.
