This shopping centre balanced the commercial needs of the development with the environmental constraints of the site. The scheme was sensitive to the nearby riparian zone and resolved the extensive flooding issues on the ground floor carpark level while still achieving 13,500 square metres of net lettable area in the form of a Discount Department Store, a Supermarket, Specialty Store and Kiosks.
