This project involved urban design and town planning services to assist with a development application on the site which involved the adaptive re-use of existing heritage townhouses within the site to enable residential flat building/shop-top housing development. ae design partnership were involved as conveners for a design competition within Bayside Council along the coast of Brighton Le Sands.
